General Resources

Official guides and tools for credentialing, licensing, and compliance.

DEA Certificate

DEA renewal notices are sent electronically to the email address on your registration. For registration, renewal, or address changes, use the official DEA portal.

Malpractice Insurance

AZ Locums coordinates A-rated medical malpractice insurance at no charge for physicians and advanced practitioners on client assignments. When a state requires patient compensation fund enrollment, our credentialing team guides you through the process.

Tax Support

We cannot provide tax advice, but encourage you to consult a qualified tax advisor about deductions available to independent contractors. You are responsible for filing state, federal, Medicare, and Social Security taxes. AZ Locums issues IRS Form 1099-NEC instead of a W-2.
